Our Workshop Programmes

Every session is designed from scratch to suit your space, audience, and objectives. Choose a format — or combine them for a full programme.

Our Approach: Circus with a Purpose

We're not a generic entertainment hire. Every Brainfools workshop is rooted in our three mission pillars — and that's what makes the experience genuinely transformative.

Access for All

We bring high-quality circus arts to underrepresented communities who rarely get access. No experience needed — ever.

Social Storytelling

We weave relatable social themes into every activity, making workshops meaningful as well as spectacular.

Community Connection

Circus is inherently collaborative. Our sessions build trust, confidence, and real human connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages are circus workshops suitable for?

Our workshops are designed for all ages and abilities. We regularly work with primary school children (KS1 & KS2), secondary school students, youth groups, adults, and intergenerational community settings. Every session is adapted to the group.

Do we need to provide any equipment?

No — we bring everything. All circus props, craft materials, and equipment are provided. You just need a suitable space (indoor hall or outdoor area) and enthusiastic participants.

How large can groups be?

We work with groups of 10 to 200+ people. For larger events — such as festivals, school activity days, or corporate away days — we bring additional facilitators to ensure everyone gets hands-on experience.

How long do workshops last?

Sessions typically run from 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the format and your needs. We also offer full-day and multi-session programmes for schools and festivals.

Can we combine a workshop with a show?

Absolutely — and we'd recommend it! A workshop paired with a performance of Balance or Stella's Imaginarium creates a brilliant full-day programme.

Do you travel across the UK?

Yes — we tour nationally. We're based in London but regularly deliver workshops across England, Wales, and Scotland. Travel costs are included in our quotes.
