A class with our expert teacher consists of learning fundamentals and conditioning. An example class will start off with: 15 min of warm-up 30 min Basics 15 min Conditioning & cool down It is a very small group so every one get’s plenty of attention an personal cues. It’s for beginners and people with some previous knowledge in handstands.
