A class with our expert teacher consists of learning fundamentals and sequences. An example class will start off with: 15 min of warm-up 25 min Climbs & Basics 20 min Sequences and special skills It is a very small group so every one get’s plenty of attention an personal cues. It’s for beginners and people with some previous knowledge in silks.
