About the event
As part of our dedication to whip up a delicate blend of circus art, social consciousness, and unbridled passion for moving the needle on social justice, we have come up with our latest creation yet — Lucky Pigeons.
The focus of this event will be to spotlight major injustices and put dehumanizing experiences suffered by the world’s marginalized groups like London’s homeless and migrants/refugees under the radar. This exhibition will see us perform satirical pieces that fuse contemporary circus (tightwire, aerial rope), puppeteering, and compelling sound/stage design.
By drawing attention to these pressing societal issues in a way that calls for meaningful action among London’s (and global) audiences to make positive, impactful differences in these communities, we, alongside our audience and collaborators, are being the change we want to see in the world.
What started as our fascination about the small wonders — theatre, movement, spatial recognition, storytelling — is now a full-blown aspiration at building an ecosystem of performing arts alongside event bookers, festivals, theaters, collaborators, directors, performers. We won’t have this any other way.
Come with your expectation of circus arts performances elevated — both acrobatically and metaphorically.
