About the event
Brain fools is hosting another acro jam! To encourage mixing and mingling of people we start our session with some acro games to help with creative acro juices. We have a lunge and crash mats available.
4:00-5:00 pm: Acro games / Warm Up
5:00 - 8:00 pm: Acro Jam
8:00 - 9ish: Cooldown Drinks and Mingeling
Respectful behaviour is encouraged:
- Accepting / saying no when feeling unsafe
- Asking before spotting / giving feedback
- Steer clear of classic gender roles or body shaming (e.g. "You are too weak", "Boys are the bases"...)
